Your Privacy Matters

Think of these as the ground rules for how we work together. Nothing fancy, just clear stuff so we all know where we stand when we protect your business. We're Divisionstera, and we do things straight, like any good Italian business. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. It's all about making sure your security project goes smoothly, right here in Italy.
Divisionstera provides security systems, access control solutions, and alarm systems for commercial properties in Italy. When we say 'services,' we mean the advice, planning, installation, and basic setup of these systems at your business.
We promise to do our work carefully and professionally, using good quality equipment that fits your needs. Our goal is to make your business safer, plain and simple.
When you ask us for a quote, we'll visit your property and give you a clear price for the work. This price will cover what we agreed on during our discussions. Our quotes are usually valid for 30 days. If you agree, we'll confirm the details in writing, and that's our agreement.
If you want to change something after we've agreed, we'll talk about how that affects the price or timeline. We like to keep things transparent, like a good espresso.
Our team will come to your business to install the systems. We'll do our best to work efficiently and keep any disruption to a minimum. We need you to give us access to your property when we need it, and make sure the work area is safe for our technicians.
We will handle all equipment with care and ensure the installation is done properly. If we encounter unexpected problems (like hidden pipes or wiring not mentioned), we'll let you know immediately to discuss how to proceed.
For most projects, we ask for an initial deposit before we start work. This helps us cover equipment costs. The remaining balance is due once the installation is finished and you're happy with the system.
We will send you an invoice. Payments are typically made by bank transfer. If payments are late, we might add a small fee, but we prefer to avoid that by keeping clear communication. Just talk to us if there's a problem.
We guarantee our installation work for a specific period, usually 12 months. If something goes wrong with how we installed it, we'll come back and fix it without extra charge.
The equipment itself (like cameras or alarm panels) comes with the manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you with any warranty claims if a piece of equipment fails. After the warranty, we're still here for support, but repair costs might apply. We're your local partner, after all.
To help us do our best work, we ask a few things from you:
We put in solid security systems to help protect your business, but no system can stop every single problem. We are not responsible for losses or damages that happen because of things outside our control, like equipment misuse, power outages, internet failures, or major incidents.
Our job is to provide and install working security systems. We do not act as an insurance company, and our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provided. We do our best, but we can't promise perfection against everything life throws at your business.
These terms and any agreement we have with you are governed by the laws of Italy. If there's ever a disagreement, we hope to sort it out like sensible people, maybe over a coffee. But if it comes to it, the courts in Italy will handle it.
Sometimes we might need to update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the 'Last Updated' date. Please check back here occasionally to see any changes. We'll always try to keep things clear and fair.
If you have any questions about these terms or anything else, just get in touch. We're here in Cesenatico and ready to help.
